If you decide to not keep your online purchase, please send us an email with your name, address and invoice number to [email protected] within seven days of receiving your shipment. As long as you are within our return policy, we will email you a Return Authorization Number. Always refer to this number when corresponding with us or shipping your merchandise so that we can expedite your return.
Regretfully, we cannot accept merchandise for return that is purchased on sale or is not returned in its original unworn condition; and we cannot fully credit you without the pair of Balanced Attitudes and original casing – so please remember to include your sunglass case and lens cleaning cloth. Your return shipping costs will be deducted from your return product credit total. Please reach out to us if you have further questions.
We guarantee our sunglasses for 12 months from the purchase date for manufacturer defects. We do not cover normal wear and tear. Please contact [email protected] with the details of your claim and proof of purchase and we will instruct you on how to return your merchandise. Upon receipt we will assess whether to repair or replace your item and return to you as soon as possible.
